Charge nonresidents twice resident tuition?
CPE staff recommends that "the 2009-10 nonresident undergraduate tuition and mandatory fee rate shall be at least two times the resident undergraduate rate." In light of last year's report from Auditor Crit Luallen that nonresident tuition may not be covering the full costs of serving those students, that could be an important step.
