Low-income students by school: universities

Pell grants recipients are a workable way to estimate the share of each school's students who come from low-income backgrounds. In the graph above, showing Kentucky's four-year public institutions, Kentucky State and Eastern each have more than three times the Pell-eligible enrollment rate of the University of Kentucky.
