If students aren't adequately prepared to attend college, it doesn't matter how much money we spend because either students can't get in college or aren't adequately prepared. <BR/><BR/>Wouldn't it make sense to spend more on K-12 to make sure our students have the best basic education and have the ability to succeed in institutions of higher learning?<BR/><BR/>In your assessment, what do we have to show for being above the national average in spending on higher ed?
